Law Firm Advertising

Law Firm Advertising

Law Firm Advertising can be difficult, especially with so many attorneys trying to gain their own profits. It is best to avoid clichés when creating Law Firm Advertisements. Consumers tend to tune out boring advertisements as well as, completely forget the message. In some cases, it seems as though, some lawyers are advertising without a USP (Unique Selling Proposition); they lack interest and are too informative. This image is an eye opener, but it has a greater effect, therefore, a greater impact and more awareness.  Chicago Law Firm Presents New Divorce Ad Campaign

Advertising T-shirts

Advertising on T-shirts will generate awareness and traffic. Many fashion designers are creating and wearing their own garments in order to promote their personal brand; a cost effective way to generate awareness. Nike goes as far as endorsing Olympic Athletes to wear their Nike branded equipment for exposure and awareness. The greatest advantage to exposure and awareness is reach; when the Olympic athletes perform, it reaches to an audience across the globe.

Advertising T-shirts is not the process of selling a t-shirt; it's the process of generating awareness and traffic by advertising on the t-shirt. Awareness is established after the shirt has been worn and exposed to an audience. Advertising T-shirts can create an exclusive lifestyle, which may potentially, target an even greater audience. Nike is not just on TV, Nike is all around you. Nike shoes, Nike caps, Nike clothes, Nike Gear, Nike is GLOBAL.

Advertising T-Shirts

Another company known for Advertising on T-shirts is Abercrombie. I've never seen such poor quality and plain looking clothes go for so much. I can put holes in my own jeans if I wanted to and if a polo shirt were to say any name printed in bold, it would be my name. The success of Abercrombie astonishes me, however, their consumers don't. It's not surprising that you can literally tell people what to wear just because, "Everybody’s doing it." A Walking Advertisement

Famous Advertising Slogans

There is something that just stay stuck in your head; Famous Advertising Slogans are one of them. Remember when Kodak Cameras were dominating their market and wanted their consumers to not just capture a great image, but instead to capture a Kodak Moment?

Now, every priceless moment can be expressed as a Kodak Moment.

How about the advertising campaign for milk? It still has an effect on the community and remains as one of the Famous Advertising Slogans; Got Milk? It was so simple and with poor grammar, its success is astonishing. Another Famous Advertising Slogan was created by Gieko Insurance, "It's so easy, that a Caveman Could Do It." It's an insulting statement, yet a successful campaign, which is the reason, I assume that they have two company slogans; 15 minutes could save you 15% or more on car insurance. This approach was a more informative statement and not at all insulting. Gieko even uses the idol of a venerable Gecko (lizard) to endorse their statement/

These Famous Advertising Slogans are just a few that stick in the heads of consumers.

In some cases, slogans are created by the consumers.

Famous Advertising Slogans

Google is a search engine but has developed into a verb and even an object or person. Some people have referred Google as their best friend. Google is not your friend people. So instead, consumers use Google as a verb; "Google It." Consumers have created a slogan without even knowing it and creating traffic through word of mouth.

Mobile Text Advertising

Mobile Text Advertising is a great way to target a specific audience and promote offers, giveaways, deals, specials, etc. However, when I receive a Mobile Text Advertisement, I usually ignore it because it is simply just inconvenient; I have other things to do than to play consumer with some marketers. A small give-a-way or special offer that seems reasonable, without risk, would be more effective than a random Mobile Text Advertisement that says that I could win (x) amount of dollars in cash. Really? In most cases, it’s just a waste of time and companies should find more creative ways to generate traffic without causing spill outs.

It would make a lot more sense for marketers to send to send a coupon or extra incentive to buy a product or service, rather than a link to a website or any other additional process, in order to receive a promotion. It's inconvenient and not effective marketing.

Mobile Text Advertising should be a one-step promotion for the convenience of the consumer and for the inconvenience of their time; marketers are using Mobile Text Advertising to promote their business while disrupting a person's schedule. Marketers don't care if you're in a hospital or enjoying a romantic moment with your wife; they only want to generate profits for their wallets.

Mobile Text Advertising

If it's my money that they want, then it better not be inconvenient and I better get a good deal, otherwise, it's all just noise to me. What is Text Message Marketing?

Blow Up Advertising

Ok, so we all get a basic idea of what Blow Up Advertising is all about; Inflatable Advertising. For example, inflatable killer whale advertising for sea world or an inflatable figure that catches your attention when driving down the road.

Well, that's Blow Up Advertising, but do you understand its function or purpose?

It's easy to say that Blow Up Advertising is a waste of money and the economy situation doesn't allow for future spill outs or any other kind of potential loss; however, with so much advertising down a busy street, an inflatable advertisement, may be just the solution to create awareness throughout all the noise. How can you miss an inflatable advertisement, similar to a giant 3D balloon?

Regular print advertisements cannot compete against a 3D advertisement that is practically screaming in front of your face. Business owners understand the effectiveness of Blow Up Advertising but may not have the money to get an inflatable advertisement.

Not to worry. Lately, I've seen employees, not inflatable advertisements, stand in front of their employers establishment on a busy street, holding a sign to promote their business; the objective is to be the first one noticed throughout all the noise.

Blow Up Advertising
Blow Up Advertising isn't just Inflatable Advertisements anymore; Blow UP Advertising is the process of using a 3D figure, to promote a brand through extreme noise. Inflatable Advertisements

College Newspaer Advertising

The purpose of College Newspaper Advertising is to provide college with campus information. There are many universities that distribute a campus newspaper for students to read, however, some colleges don't provide more than just a billboard full of random information. Although we are in a digital age, where a text or email works just as effective, a hard copy newspaper will always be useful to students. Also, College Newspaper Advertising is a great way to prepare students for success after graduation. Any aspiring copywriter or creative artist, would benefit from College Newspaper Advertising; hands on experience with similar tasks and objectives that would resemble a printing press and the effort it takes to reach a goal, with a variety of perspectives and creative individuals. College Newspaper Advertising does have it disadvantages; the cost of printing can be a bit expensive compared to an email on the school's website.

College Newspaper Advertising

This is the biggest reason why small schools wouldn't even consider the idea. With the economy the way it is, budget cuts are always being considered and major investments are of not priority. OnCampus Advertising

Water Bottle Advertising

Water Bottle Advertising

Water bottle advertising is the perfect example of great marketing. This just proves that I have enough talent, and then I could sell just about anything through effective advertising. With a sink in every home, it's hard to convince me that I need to buy water in a bottle. Honestly, it's easier for me to fill up a pitcher of water and make some Kool-Aid. Marketing water in a bottle is great success, obviously, but the simple facts should, at least, turn on a light bulb. Who said that you need water in a bottle? If you are concerned about fluoride in tap water, there are water filters that attach to the facet of your sink; it purifies the water instead of using regular tap water filled with fluoride. It is not at all expensive and it's a onetime fee rather than spending up to $50 a month on bottle water. Water Bottle Advertising is simple and appeals to all people of all genders and lifestyles; everyone needs water to live, and that's why Water bottle Advertising is a great example of successful marketing. It has to be one of the cheapest ways to generate Traffic and Revenue. The creation of the Water Bottle Market was simple, crazy, and successful; anything will sell through effective advertising. Advertising Materials

What Do I Need To Succeed?

This is the million dollar question. Advertising materials are more than just a team of individuals; these individuals must generate revenue.

Amongst the Wolves, become a Beast. The market will eat you then spit you out, so don't wait for the competitors to beat you to the punch; new, creative, and original ideas, and are of constant demand from clients and consumers. Marketers must consider the constant change within the market and target audience. Advertising Materials are much more than an artist with a direction; advertising materials include the motivation and dedication to a brand or company. Advertising Materials include commitment and responsibility, no matter the outcome; weather it generates a profit or create the downfall to an empire. I could go in depth, and explain the process of the promotional mix, client briefs, media planning, project management, etc., but I wanted to, first, explain the position of a Marketer. When creating an advertising campaign, you must always appeal to your target audience; as a marketer, you will always have a target audience and a client, whom is also, another type of audience. You must appeal to both crowds, with very different directions.

Client- Advertising Materials include: Concept, as well as, budget, demographics of target audience, break down of the Promotional Mix with pretty graphs and colorful charts, and a means to measure the results.

Target Audience-Advertising Materials include a concept as well as a creative incentive to buy. So advertising materials is not a list of things needed to be checked off. A person must possess the right character and ambition in order to obtain PROPER ADVERTISING MATERIALS. advertising materials, outline of people Advertising Materials

Holiday Advertisements

So how many Holidays do we have?

It's one thing to recognize a historical event that took place, like when Christopher Columbus found America (Columbus Day), but it's another thing, to try and create a Holiday just for traffic and revenue (Black Friday).

Seriously, this isn't even a Holiday. It's just another way to get people to trample over everyone when the doors open. Seriously though, you could walk away with some great deals, but this is advertising at its best; through advertising, consumers are willing to wait in hour long lines and extreme weather for a deal. Some people are so easily influenced that they suit up for war while dodging and trampling over other Christmas shoppers. It wasn't that bad this year though, but then again, I don't really watch the news. So if you're in the Christmas spirit, then I encourage you to jump on all the great deals that your local retailers are promoting. I'm sure that a good riot would be awesome. As for me, I'll be sipping on hot chocolate with the kids because I really don't care about a great deal. I already have the gifts wrapped up and I didn't have to bust a few lips to do it. A great deal will not influence me to buy a product; I buy for the look of joy on my child’s face. Money and its entire promotions means nothing compared to priceless moments. Some things in life are not meant to put a price tag on. So instead of rushing for the best deal, I encourage all of you to stop rushing and start living. Christmas is the opportunity for retailers to place a price tag on your loved ones. Instead, enjoy the moments with your loved ones because Christmas is about giving your time to love and appreciate others. Holiday Advertisements are created to influence your buying behaviors. The retailer will say that the big red bow on a white SUV would make the perfect Christmas gift for your wife or she won't love you. I say, that's cool. The day she buys me a yacht will be the day I invest in a SUV. Sorry, Honey; I guess the minivan will have to do and I guess I'll have to settle for a canoe.

Cable TV Advertising

Cable TV Advertising

Who said that the internet would take over? Using television as a channel to distribute advertisements are far more effective in terms of reach and frequency; compared to print ads, Cable TV Advertising is able to observe the channels and time of day, viewers are tuned in to a program. (Neilson Box) Cable TV Advertising is, also, another way to niche your Target Audience; a toy product would be advertised on a child's program and a new cooking recipe would be advertised on a home cooking program. Cable TV Advertising provides the niche needed to reach a specific target audience. Cable TV Advertising is not Network TV Advertising; Network TV Advertising is National Advertising with all the basic and free channels. Cable TV Advertising is all the ads you would see on TBS, ESPN, TNT, MTV, etc... Cable TV Advertising, also allows you to place ads based on Geographic’s, called Spot TV Advertising. Any type of TV Advertising is a 'push' method, whereas, Internet Advertising is more of a 'pull' method; the audience has, at least, an idea of what they are looking for, therefore, creating a need for specific information. (Pull Company for Information) A person, watching Cable TV, sees a commercial for Wal-Mart, this is 'push'(The Company Is Pushing Information To The Viewer) In any case, the intention and purpose of Cable TV Advertising is to generate Traffic and Revenue If you think you can't afford to advertise on television, think again--and look into this less-expensive TV ad option

Importance Of Advertising

Importance of Advertising

What generates traffic and revenue? Answer- Advertising will generate exposure, therefore, creating awareness. Advertising is much more than just creating billboards or any other kind of print advertisement. It is easy to stereotype an artist as a painter. As an Artist, however, my perspective of advertising is when one can create an effective campaign while using specific elements in order to effectively generate traffic and revenue. My paint brush is my laptop and my inspiration is my environment, filled with entrepreneurs, all willing and ready to establish a name for themselves. I am the messenger and the visionary; advertising is art. Without art, there would be no vision. Art separates the good, the bad, and the amazing. A work of art is always open to different interpretations; this rule applies to advertising. There are many ways to approach a market, the question to ask yourself is, 'How will your company be recognized within the market and within the community?' The importance of advertising is emphasized so that one may understand the process of generating traffic and revenue. The world of advertising goes beyond just making print ads; advertising sells an idea as well as effectively distributing that message in order to generate a response. In a nutshell; Advertising gets a brand or company from point A and takes them to point B. Point A- Business Owner-Knows how to run a business, but has NO IDEA HOW TO GENERATE TRAFFIC AND REVENUE. Point B- Business Owner- Getting Paid due to advertising, therefore, creating awareness and ultimately, generating exposure and traffic; revenue can only be established after creating exposure. Advertise My Business

Every business wants to spend the leaast and make the most. Evey business owner is searching for the newest and most cost effective ways to generate more traffic and revenue. The world of advertising understands the motives of business owners, therefore, business owners must understand the process of advertising.
     Here's how it works...
When advertising a business, the very first step is to create a creative brief after interviewing the client. Then the promotional mix is executed resulting in a form of measurement and evaluation.
Also, it is imparitive that all advertisements do not go against Government policy or regulations as well as remaining within the company's budget.

Guerilla Advertising

No, Guerilla Advertising is not trying to sell a Guerilla.

So, what is Guerilla Advertising?

Guerilla Advertising is the process of exposing a brand or message in order to go viral and to create a massive response, usually without any interest to any company or government restrictions, permits, or consent. For example, when someone spray paints their name on private property, this is guerilla advertising; the person that spray painted his name on private property, did not pay for the exposure of his name, nor did he receive permission, but by the time the clean-up crew actually painted over the spray paint, an audience of (x) amount of people, have already been exposed to the name spray painted on private property. So, I'll be spray painting my name across the neighborhoods of the HR Representatives of high paying PR firms. I want it to sound familiar when my resume shows up on their desk. Chris Samaniego...why does that name sound so familiar? Oh yeah, because it was spray painted on my garage door. (That’s a joke) =) ha ha.

Anyways, this is only one form of Guerilla Advertising. Another, would be to create an electronic print ad using Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc., then export the file so that it fits all formats for mobile devices; the final step would be to share the ad via Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.

Advertisements For Teenagers

What's up with all the twelve year old girls, looking like they're twenty?

Is it the poor judgment decisions made by our young teen adolescents? Or is this provocative attire and lifestyle, specifically targeted to our young teens?

Well, let's find out!

After going to several websites like Abercrombie, Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister, Gilly Hicks, Arrie and American Eagle, I've noticed that the trend for adolescents is that of provocative attire. These companies are not advertising to adults, which instead, appeals to a much younger crowd; these companies are placing provocative miniskirts and tops on pre-teens when advertising their clothing line. At this rate, don't be surprised when your daughter starts to ask for birth control by the ninth grade.

Every woman and little girl should not feel the need to show skin, in order to please others.

Any object, form, or shape may resemble a pretty girl, but it is the character, morals, and values that mold her into a beautiful lady; if he doesn't agree, then he doesn't deserve you!

So, why the harsh criticism? Well, these advertisements are everywhere and these companies are the ones that create the latest and newest trends. So I encourage everyone to not be influenced, just be you. =) These companies don't care about moral, values, or character; these companies are only interested in generating revenue.

Free Local Advertisements

Who doesn't love a free paper full of local advertisements? The San Antonio Current is free to the public, so I decided to browse through the advertisements. I noticed that the S.A Current is targeted to an audience eight-teen and older based on the nature of some of the ads; nightlife information as well as personal ads, turned free local advertisements, into Jr. Craigslist.

Many businesses use this channel to distribute local print advertising for an affordable price, and to a greater audience.

The disadvantage to using this channel is that, the S.A. Current isn't targeted to a specific audience; people, now have the option to browse the web for almost about anything you want.

However, the San Antonio Current, provides exposure, whereas, web searches are based on key words and phrases.

List of Advertising Agencies

So you may be asking yourself, "Why would I want to know about a list of advertising agencies?". Here's your answer; looking for the right company to work for can be a tough job for anyone.
A carpenter would have no idea how to fix a car and a mechanic wouldn't know where to start if asked to build a house.
My point is this; place yourself in the work environment that best fits you. So when looking to work the perfect ad agency, it would make sense, to research different ad agencies near your place of residence. First, goolge for a list of advertising agencies, then narrow down your choices based on distance, company morals, payroll, etc.
A list of advertising agencies will give you an overall view of the market (ad agencies). Like any other brand, which agency best fits your lifestyle?
Would you work for Coka Cola? Or would you work for Pepsi?

Free Car Advertising

My first reaction to free car advertising was =/ ?
  What is free car advertising?
Is it the process of simply placing a free ad on craiglist in order to sell a vehicle? Well, the answer to that question is, no.
So what is "Free Car Advertising"?
Free car advertising is the processs of wrapping a vehicle in order to generate traffic and revenue for a brand or company. Usually, temporary small businesses use this channel of advertising, simply because it is effective when trying to reach a greater audience, and it is a 'one time' transaction; paying month to month advertising is expensive.
Wrapping your company vehicle is not only affordable, but it also generates the revenue you need. Most Americans hate traffic, but, as a bussiness owner, we love it!
The more traffic, the better; having a company vehicle wrapped and stuck in the middle of traffic is the best opportunity for exposure. Its all about the exposure, and how many times a day they are exposed to your message? All FedEx drivers have FEDEX on their company vehicles and all Coke Cola drivers have COKE COLA on their company vehicles.
The purpose of wrapping a vehicle is to generate exposure, which will increase the traffic to your business, therefore, generating potential revenue.
So what is Free Car Advertising?
